Yesterday the Chicago GNU/Linux User Group held its meeting. There were presentations on virtualization, lock picking, and Haskell. I took some pictures from the event, which can be found here. Below are a few selected pictures, enjoy.

We had a caucus for the republicans in the group. This was the one vote Ron Paul got.

  1. Look at Eddie throwing up gang signs in that last picture, I knew he was a little banger. The karaoke picture is classic, he looks like a little Mexican Elton John with a Eddie-sized piano. By the way, whose laptop is that, that Eddie more than likely stole?

  2. @ nixternal. It was Quigley’s laptop. I’m sorry you had to miss the meeting because of the court hearing/barn raising party yesterday. I’m sure you had fun though.

    @ Jordan. Your blog is slightly incorrect. There were 2 RP supporters, as evidenced by Mike McCune’s shirt.

    My favorite photo was the setup Tristan used for his presentation.
